Gala Update 3



The EMPHASIS of this update is to encourage families to bring in donations for our silent auction baskets; we are relying on your support. Please see info below. We so appreciate the generous donations so far of baseball tickets, baking items, cash and gift cards provided by families to places like Coldstone, Menards, Caribou and Target.  We are still collecting wine as well.  

 PLEASE DON’T FORGET TO INCLUDE THE AMOUNT OF THE GIFT CARD FOR US – THANK YOU SO MUCH!

RAFFLE TICKETS WILL BE ON SALE NEXT WEEK FOR THE BRAND NEW APPLE IPAD + CASE!!!  ONLY $10/TICKET

1.       TICKET SALES UPDATE:  Ticket sales will start after mass.  We only have a LIMITED number of tickets left to sell.. RSVP forms can be found on our website and can be requested by email above. Tickets are $50.00 each and we do have the opportunity for you to sponsor a school staff member for an additional $20.00. Forms of payment for tickets will be cash or check only.  We do ask, when possible, to include the names of people in your party if purchasing multiple tickets and include an email so that we may contact you with questions. This is VERY helpful when assigning bid numbers for the auction event.

2.       CLASSROOM DONATIONS:  PLEASE BRING IN THESE ITEMS AS SOON AS YOU CAN!!  This is very important to the success of the auction!
a.       Grades PreK, First and Second – please bring in items related to COOKING, BAKING & KITCHENWARE. Items such as pie pans, cook books, kitchen utensils, small appliances, food/wine etc are wonderful!
b.      Grades 3,4,5 – please bring in gift cards in any denomination for restaurants, entertainment and/or retail.  Ideas for gift cards include movie tickets, bowling, restaurant, ice cream, rollerskating, arcade, golf, recreation lessons, fun events, wine tasting, retail. Walgreens is a GREAT source for gift cards is many different denominations. They have a large selection of entertainment (AMC) and many restaurants. We would really love some gift cards to fun restaurants! You will be getting specific information on this from your child’s teacher.

3.       RAFFLE: Tickets will go on sale THIS SUNDAY after mass and will be rolled out to SACS next week.  Enter your chance to win a brand new  iPad + Case that was generously donated by the Weitnauer Family. This is an ever popular item and appeals to a larger group. Tickets will be $10 and we hope that each child will sell at least 5 tickets to help us towards our goal of 500!

Gala Update #2



TICKETS ARE GOING FAST, WE ARE ALREADY AT OVER 150 TICKETS SOLD – WE ARE ON OUR WAY TO A SELL OUT!!
DONATIONS FOR AUCTION ITEMS ARE NEEDED. WE ARE SO GRATEFUL TO THOSE WHO HAVE COME FORWARD AND DONATED ITEMS AND RESOURCES THUS FAR. PLEASE NETWORK ON OUR BEHALF OR CONTACT US FOR ASSISTANCE.

An Auction Preview will be sent out in April. We have some AMAZING, new and unique experiences this year both for adults and our children! For example, Mrs. Stefano and Mrs. Dunham are donating a “Pedicure Party” for a lucky St Andrew winner and friend!   Always wanted to host a THEME, catered dinner party complete with wait staff and a bartender to serve up a customized  “special” drink for your guests while you relax and enjoy? GREAT, come and bid on the Gala Team’s Top Chef Party Package! 


1.       Tickets are on sale NOW.  You do not need an RSVP to purchase tickets, just submit payment to Karen Dunham. RSVP forms will continue to come home in March and April but we suggest that you do not wait as we are on our way to sell out!
